PIAA Forms

All players must have a PIAA form on file with the Prep Trainer's Office.  These forms require parental signature AND a physical performed after last June.  Start the Registration process by clicking below.

Impact Test

All players must have an Impact Test on file with the Prep Trainer's Office.

As Rugby is a collision sport, Players run the risk of sustaining head trauma (i.e. concussions.)  As such, an Impact Test will create a cognitive baseline testing reaction, recollection, etc. while the player is in good standing so that we can compare it to his results if we suspect a concussion.

Contact Prep Trainer to obtain access to the test which takes about 30 minutes - no studying or preparation required.

Get fit

Prepare your body for a season of effort.

Rugby matches can be exhausting.  You must prepare your body for constant battle - at practices and at matches.  Without pads, your body will need to sustain constant impact - the better your body can absorb that impact, the better you will last through the season.

Review video

If you are new to "rugby", watch YouTube videos to learn before you come to practice.

Most people have not played organized football yet they know what a "first down" is or what "offsides" is or what a quarterback does.  You know that because you've watched it and listened to the broadcaster talk about it.  It's the same process for Rugby.
